No question it is stupid--Hell, if there needs to be a cooling-off period between applying for a gun license and actually getting it, and if buyers get three days for "buyer's remorse" to hit them, how much more should there be a "keep yer pecker in yer pants" period at least until the divorce is granted. Remember this: good old Leroy was so broken-hearted over being divorced by one woman, he consoled himself by diddling another one. Personally, I think it was decent of him to send her flowers...but he didn't want to get too personal by visiting a florist and choosing the flowers in person? As Morinn said, "Good God." This is dumbass on so many levels.
