Claim The Name! #WAG

I was chatting on Facebook with WAGger and friend Sue O’Shields about how we can identify our group on Twitter. I’d thought about this before, but in the very beginning of WAG (The Writing Adventure Group), not as many participants were even on Twitter. Now most of us seem to be!

Sue and I looked at using the hashtag #WAG. It seems a few others are using it, but honestly I can’t tell exactly what they’re talking about, and they don’t all seem to be talking about the same thing. (You can see here that I’ve used it as much as anyone… lol)

So let’s claim it! All we have to do, it would seem to me, is start using it. There are a few directories out there, and I can submit #WAG as the home of the Writing Adventure Group, but the very best thing to really make our mark is to start using it any time we talk about the group on Twitter.

Please help out and Tweet your WAGging hineys off! (And feel free to steal my #WAG graphic if you feel like it. :D )

  2. Seriously! You gotta join. I know it’s weird the first time, but it really is wonderful once you find the vast writing community out there.

  7. Love the image India, but I have too many diversionary tactics to keep me from writing this darned book as it is! Twitter will have to do without me!!

  8. I forgot for most of today but I’ll try my best to remember tomorrow. Great idea!

  9. It’s really hard to find an unused hashtag anymore. But just because one or two random people use a hashtag doesn’t mean you can’t too.

That is a very nice graphic. You always have nice graphics, which begs the question — are you also a graphic artist?
