Snorting Success
So what do you think of this? I’ve heard of inhaling your food, but this is a bit extreme, isn’t it?
This sprayable chocolate (soon to come out in coffee, spice, cheese [WTF??], and liqueur flavours too) by Lemondrop UK is supposed to help your cravings by faking your senses into thinking that you’re enjoying something that isn’t there. The problem I forsee (because I have no self-control) is that I could go through one of these in one sitting. *foosh* Yumm. *foosh* Yummm. *foosh* *foosh* *foosh*.
It sounds like a chocoholic slimmer’s dream – a lipstick-sized aerosol shooting tiny particles of dark chocolate into the mouth with all of the flavour and none of the calories.
The brainchild of Harvard professor David Edwards, Le Whif claims to curb your sweet treat cravings with a “breathable” hit of chocolatey goodness and no need for those guilty feelings.
“When you breathe the chocolate into your mouth, it dissolves immediately and coats the tongue and taste buds,” Mr Edwards explained
I do see the merits of the idea. I have some suggestions though: the sweet taste of success (I’d buy that by the gallon), the milk of human kindness (who doesn’t need a shot of that from time to time?), salt of the earth (for when you’re feeling dreamy), and maybe a little crow (when humilty is required), some plain vanilla (for when language gets too flowery), but we’d best not think about the bitter end, because that’s just poor taste.

Stay away from it!! Tis evil!!! Would you believe they’re now making a coffee equivalent!
Oh the inhumanity!!!
Take care

Sounds like the next fad in addictions.

I really hope that picture is merely for representation purposes, and doesn’t reflect the actual packaging. Le Whif? Umm… No. Just no. “Whif” is right beside “pong” on the sliding scale of smell descriptors – not exactly encouraging me to put that anywhere near my face never mind stick it in my mouth. Eww.

I’m sure someone will eventually prove it causes cancer. (Like, what doesn’t?)
WTF is that? LOL wow, people must be really running out of innovative ideas! LOL

Maybe its because I spent my teen years giggling at a cartoon character [a skunk, supposedly a French lover, in his passion pursuing a cute little girl skunk, etc, etc] His name: Pepe le Pew –makes this product elicit giggles, too! But in my mouth or up my nose, not likely.
I hafta say, Ms Drummond, you sure get around!

A terrible indictment on our Western society’s inability to exercise restraint.
Now where do I get some????
Hmm, one of my relatives adores the smell of coffee but hates actual coffee. Is this meant for people like that…?
If they do one for wine, I’m SO there!

I love your last paragraph.
Old Kitty also posted about this, but I have yet to see it in stores. I say just eat the real stuff in moderation.
That’s bizarre – I think it would just make me crave real chocolate!
