For the ninth book in my reading challenge #50Fantasy2019, I had a difficult time! I got four DNF (did not finish) books in a row, and was really having a difficult time finding something that captured my attention.
I decided to try something fresh, something newly released, so I went to some publishers’ annoucement blogs to find something released in 2019. Can’t get much fresher than that!
I happened upon Marked by S Andrew Swann, and although it’s been a while since I read an urban fantasy novel, this one really scratched the itch. I loved it! The worldbuilding is amazing and I loved the magic system. Highly recommended!
